I Build Digital Things

I’m Rob, a web developer and graphic designer residing in sunny Huntsville, Alabama. I currently serve as the Lead Digital Developer for The Bold Agency, where I work with an awesome team of creatives to build client-centric web solutions for a variety of clients. I also work with the City of Huntsville to maintain and expand their digital presence and network of custom WordPress solutions.

Since graduating in 2009 with a bachelors in Studio Art from the University of Alabama, I’ve worked as a graphic designer, UX designer, and web developer. Having experience in each of these areas has equipped me with a more holistic understanding of the projects that I work on, and has been particularly beneficial for web development, allowing me to translate design principles into code.

Outside of Bold and freelance, I work with my partner, the insanely-talented Cathy Reisenwitz, on local activism efforts to bring public transit and affordable housing options to Huntsville. Together, we serve as the co-leads for Advance Huntsville and Huntsville YIMBY. I also maintain several WordPress projects, which can be found on GitHub. Finally, I occasionally stream on Firebase Prime. Come say hello!
